Built in Lecompte, Louisiana, the Wise Arms WA-15B is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 pattern rifle with a uniform matte gray finish, a flat-top Picatinny receiver, and a slick-side upper without a forward assist. It features a 16-inch threaded barrel with a three-prong flash hider, a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with short 1913 rail sections, and an ambidextrous safety selector. Magpul furniture and a collapsible M4-type stock round out a clean, user-focused configuration.

The WA-15B uses a direct impingement, semi-automatic system and is configured for 5.56mm NATO with a maximum capacity of 30+1. The flat-top receiver provides a continuous Picatinny rail, and the upper incorporates a dust cover and brass deflector in a slick-side layout without a forward assist.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with a three-prong flash hider. A free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard adds mounting flexibility with slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock and short 1913 rail sections at the front and rear. The handguard secures at the barrel nut with two cross-bolts.
Controls are straightforward and practical, including an ambidextrous safety selector and a single-stage curved trigger. The collapsible M4-type stock rides on a carbine receiver extension and features an S&W logo, with an approximate 10.0–13.5 inch length of pull for quick adjustments.
Ergonomics are enhanced by a Magpul MOE pistol grip and the included Magpul M-LOK vertical foregrip. The lower is marked MULTI-CAL with the model WA-15B, and the rifle is finished in a uniform matte gray across the receivers and handguard. No sights are installed from the factory.
