This H&R Model 5200 is a purpose-built .22 LR single-shot target rifle with a 28-inch heavy-profile blued steel barrel and a full-size target stock. It comes drilled and tapped with filler screws and has two target-scope blocks installed. The stock features an inletted underside accessory rail with an adjustable palm stop/handstop and sling loop, aligning it with the U.S. M12 smallbore training/target rifle pattern recognized by CMP.

The Model 5200 is a single-shot, bolt-action .22 LR target rifle with a right-side ejection port and a round-knob bolt handle for positive manipulation. Its heavy-profile 28-inch blued steel barrel supports precise smallbore shooting and pairs with a blued steel receiver.
The full-size, walnut-stained birch target stock is uncheckered with a straight comb and an H&R-marked rubber buttpad. An inletted underside accessory rail accepts the included adjustable palm stop/handstop with sling loop, offering a stable, competition-oriented forend setup.
The barrel and receiver are drilled and tapped with filler screws, and two target-scope blocks are installed for mounting target optics. The rifle is configured with no sights.
