The commercial Beretta U.S.A. M9 shown here features the non-railed dustcover and U.S. contract-style slide markings, including "U.S. 9mm M9 - BERETTA U.S.A. - 65490" and "ASSY 9346487-65490." It retains the squared, hooked trigger guard and a lanyard loop at the heel, aligning closely with familiar service-issue configuration cues.
Its open-top slide and falling locking-block system support the platform’s smooth cycling characteristics. The slide carries fixed iron sights with a drift-in dovetailed rear notch and an integral front blade with a white dot for quick alignment. The ambidextrous slide-mounted safety/decocker and firing pin block provide built-in safety measures.
