The anTi X receiver is machined from pre-hardened 416R stainless steel and finished in a bright polished stainless color. Its integral recoil lug and split Picatinny base sections fore and aft of the ejection port provide a solid, streamlined foundation without separate add-on parts.
Built on a Remington 700 short-action footprint, this right-hand bolt receiver offers broad compatibility for custom builds. The open-top ejection/loading port supports smooth access during loading and unloading.
The one-piece 4340 steel bolt is spiral-fluted and includes a recessed bolt face with an external claw extractor for strong primary extraction. The bolt handle is threaded for a removable knob, allowing the end user to fit a preferred handle style.
Defiance’s headspace standard is applied, and this action uses a standard short-action 0.476-inch bolt face with a 3.1-inch box length. The serialized receiver is made in Columbia Falls, Montana, USA. Integral rail sections and mounts are included on the receiver.
