The Gen6 G17 is a full-size 9mm Luger with a 4.49" barrel and 17+1 capacity. It uses Glock's Safe Action System with a trigger safety and a flat-faced trigger listed at 5.8. The reversible magazine catch and ambidextrous slide stop levers support left- or right-handed operation.
The slide is factory optics-ready with an optic cut and cover plate, plus front and rear serrations for confident manipulation. A beveled nose aids holstering. Iron sights are installed, pairing an AmeriGlo orange-outline front blade with a rear notch featuring two white dots.
The black polymer frame features aggressive micro-checkering and comes with interchangeable backstraps for fit tuning. A slight flared magwell assists reloads. The accessory rail includes one cross slot for compatible mounted accessories.
Manufactured in Austria, this pistol carries a CIP proof mark on the barrel and an "AT" barrel mark. The frame import plate reads "MADE IN AUSTRIA / GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA." Slide and frame have matching serial numbers.
