Made in Gallatin, Tennessee, this 92FS features the standard non-Brigadier, open-top slide with ambidextrous decocker/safety levers and a durable black Bruniton finish. The aluminum alloy frame is finished in black and retains the classic non-railed dustcover profile. Factory markings include the PB monogram and the model legend: "MOD. 92FS – CAL. 9mm Parabellum – PATENTED".
The pistol uses a DA/SA action with short-recoil operation and Beretta’s falling locking block system. Controls include a Type F slide-mounted manual safety/decocker, an automatic firing pin block, and a reversible magazine release to accommodate user preference.
Sighting is via fixed 3-dot sights, with a white-dot front and a drift-adjustable rear featuring two white dots. The sight radius measures 6.10 inches, supporting precise alignment with the 4.9-inch steel barrel.
