Built on the full-size USP frame, this .45 ACP is a German-produced example with an AE (2004) date code and correct German proofmarks, plus the Heckler & Koch, Inc., Sterling, VA import mark. The polymer frame is finished in black with textured grip panels molded with "HK USP."
The 4.41 in barrel is cold hammer forged from chromium steel and uses polygonal rifling. The bore is mirror-bright, and the design incorporates HK's mechanical recoil-reduction system within a short-recoil, modified Browning operating system.
Controls are classic USP: a DA/SA trigger with a long-reach curved shoe, a spurred external hammer, and an ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release. The slide wears rear-only cocking serrations and a black finish.
Target acquisition is handled by 3-dot night sights, with the rear marked "TRU DOT" from Meprolight and a front blade with a single dot. The USP proprietary accessory rail is integrated into the dust cover. Factory capacity is 12+1, and this example includes three 12-round steel magazines.
