The 4.49-inch steel barrel is cold-hammer-forged with polygonal rifling, designed for durability and long service life. Glock’s ferritic nitrocarburizing (Tenifer/nitriding) treatment with a matte black overcoat provides additional surface hardening and corrosion resistance.
The slide has rear serrations and a matte black finish. Its factory markings read "GLOCK 17 AUSTRIA 9x19," and the legends have aftermarket gold color fill that makes the roll marks stand out visually.
Sights are Glock fixed polymer: a white-dot front paired with a white-outline U-notch rear. Controls include the standard left-side small square magazine release consistent with Gen 3 configuration.
Origin and markings are clearly documented: the barrel carries Austrian C.I.P. proofs and an "AT" marking, the frame is marked "MADE IN AUSTRIA," and the pistol bears the GLOCK, INC., Smyrna, GA import mark.
