The Sporting Clays Maple configuration pairs a satin nickel alloy receiver with extensive factory engraving, including scrollwork, game/clay-scene panels, and "SPORTING CLAYS" banners on both sides. The gloss-finished maple stock and matching handguard feature cut checkering and an Inflex recoil pad, complemented by a gold-colored trigger and extended gold-tone Browning-branded choke tubes.
The 30 inch blued barrel uses the Invector-Plus choke system and wears a ventilated rib for a flat, visible sighting plane. Sighting is fast and clear with a dual bead setup: a white mid-bead and a red fiber-optic front bead. The barrel is threaded for Invector-Plus tubes, and this example includes LM (installed), IC, SK, MOD, and IMOD.
Browning's Power Drive Gas System delivers reliable cycling with a wide range of target loads. The action is gas-operated and semi-automatic, with a 4+1 capacity and a cross-bolt safety. The receiver finish and stock design balance durability with a refined sporting aesthetic.
Chambered for 2 3/4 inch and 3 inch shells, the shotgun has a 14.5 inch length of pull for a predictable mount and consistent cheek weld. Markings include "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH" and "Assembled in Portugal by Browning Viana," reflecting its production and assembly lineage.
