This Kel-Tec KSG is a U.S.-made 12 gauge bullpup pump shotgun configured with practical upgrades and a 3 in chamber. It retains the KSG's dual under-barrel magazine tubes, bottom loading and ejection, and an 18.5 in steel barrel, and adds a Hi-Tech Custom Concepts two-chamber clamp-on muzzle brake/compensator, an RVG vertical foregrip, and flip-up polymer back-up iron sights. A full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail with T-marks and additional forend rails complete a feature-rich, compact layout with maximum capacity up to 14+1 depending on shell length.

The KSG platform places the action and magazines behind the pistol grip, keeping overall length short while retaining an 18.5 in barrel. It uses dual under-barrel magazine tubes with bottom loading and ejection, allowing quick tube selection and reliable operation in a compact footprint. Capacity can reach up to 14+1 depending on shell length.
This example features a 3 in chamber for flexibility with a wide range of 12 gauge loads. The steel barrel and steel receiver are housed within Kel-Tec's durable polymer exterior, forend, and stock, with a fixed butt featuring a skeletonized buttpad. Length of pull is 13.75 in, and controls include a cross-bolt safety.
A full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail with T-marks (T4–T30) provides a continuous mounting surface, while bolt-on Picatinny side rail sections are installed on the forend for accessories. Flip-up polymer front and rear sights are installed for immediate use.
Notably, this shotgun is customized with a Hi-Tech Custom Concepts two-chamber clamp-on brake/compensator and an RVG vertical foregrip. The brake helps manage muzzle movement, and the vertical grip provides a confident handhold on the polymer forend. The exterior shows a DIY black rattle-can paint job.
