The P320’s modular design centers on a serialized fire control unit (FCU) chassis, allowing the Carry Special Configuration to pair a full-size grip module with a compact-length slide. This example is the W320CA-9-SP variant and is marked on the right side of the grip "NEWINGTON, NH, USA."
The striker-fired, short-recoil, locked-breech action uses a standard curved trigger. The polymer frame is finished in black with aggressive molded texturing for secure handling.
The slide includes front and rear diagonal cocking serrations, an external extractor, and a large ejection port. Sights are dovetailed 3-dot tritium night sights, with a TG-H3 tritium front and a matching rear night sight.
A full-length dust cover houses a Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail with four slots. Capacity is 17+1 with the included steel double-stack magazines marked "MADE IN ITALY." This U.S.-made configuration provides factory night sights and ambidextrous slide controls from the box.
