This Team Match II is a Government-length 5 in 1911 with a match-grade, bushing-fitted barrel and a stainless steel slide and frame in a matte/satin finish. It features an adjustable target rear sight with positive steel-on-steel clicks and a dovetailed front post, providing a sight radius of approximately 6.8 in.
Controls and ergonomics are competition-focused: 30 LPI frontstrap checkering and a checkered mainspring housing, an extended and beveled magazine well funnel, and a beavertail grip safety with a raised memory bump. A thumb safety, skeletonized commander-style hammer, and a match aluminum three-hole trigger set at a factory 4–5 lb pull complete the setup.
The slide has front and rear cocking serrations, and the dustcover is clean without an accessory rail. As a Series II Kimber, it incorporates a Swartz-type firing-pin safety. Overall length is about 8.7 in, with an empty weight of about 39 oz.
