This Romanian-made 2022 Romarm/Cugir PSL 54 is a designated marksman rifle chambered in 7.62x54R with a 24.5 in chrome-lined barrel and a slotted tri-port muzzle brake. It includes a left-side Combloc optics dovetail for PSO-pattern side-mount optics, laminated wood thumbhole furniture, and ships in excellent condition with a mirror-bright bore. Two PSL-pattern magazines are included: one 20-round and one 10-round.

Built on an enlarged AK/RPK architecture (not an SVD mechanism), the PSL 54 uses a stamped AK-family receiver with rivet construction and a ribbed top cover. The long-stroke gas piston system and rotating bolt provide the familiar operating characteristics associated with this platform.
The 24.5 in chrome-lined barrel is paired with a slotted tri-port muzzle brake. Iron sights consist of a tangent rear sight leaf with numeric graduations and a hoodless front post with protective ears, giving a clear, usable sight picture.
The laminated wood thumbhole stock features an integral cheek shelf and a ribbed rubber buttpad, finished in a glossy amber tone. A two-piece laminated wood handguard with elongated cooling slots aids heat dissipation. Length of pull is 13.0 inches, and controls include a right-side safety/selector lever.
A left-side Combloc optics dovetail accepts PSO-pattern side-mount optics, offering straightforward optic attachment when desired. Markings include "ROMARM/CUGIR - MADE IN ROMANIA," and the rifle wears a matte black/parkerized-style finish. Capacity is listed at 20+1, and this example includes both 20-round and 10-round PSL-pattern magazines.
