Springfield Armory Echelon 4.5 U-Dot 9mm, Striker-Fired, Optics-Ready, Black Melonite, 20+1
This Echelon 4.5 U-Dot is a full-size, striker-fired 9mm built around Springfield Armory's serialized COG stainless-steel chassis with a billet-machined slide and polymer frame. It features the U-Dot tritium/luminescent sight system, the VIS direct-mount optics interface, and fully ambidextrous controls. Condition is excellent and it comes with both 20- and 17-round factory magazines plus original accessories.

The serialized Central Operating Group (COG) stainless-steel chassis forms the core of this pistol, paired with a durable polymer frame and interchangeable backstraps to fit the hand. Fully ambidextrous slide stop levers and a reversible push-button magazine release support left- or right-handed operation.
The VIS direct-mount optics interface is cut into the billet-machined slide and arrives with a cover plate installed. Included pin sets support DeltaPoint Pro/EFLX and Shield footprints, allowing direct mounting without adapter plates. Front and rear slide serrations and a forward trench index cut aid slide control.
The 4.5" hammer-forged steel barrel uses a 1:10 twist and a Melonite finish, and it is non-threaded. The slide wears a Melonite black finish to match the frame. A flat-faced trigger with safety blade and a trigger safety are standard.
Springfield's U-Dot sights combine a tritium/luminescent front dot with a U-notch rear for fast sight acquisition. Capacity is 20+1 with the included magazines, and a full-length MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail is integrated for mounting lights or other accessories. Manufactured by HS Produkt in Croatia for Springfield Armory, the Echelon line launched in 2023 and earned NTOA MTR Gold recognition.
