The Alpha Foxtrot AF1911 Romulus MOS is a full-size, double-stack 1911 in 9mm Luger with a 20+1 capacity, a 5" bull, ramped SUS416 stainless barrel, and a DLC black stainless-steel slide and frame. It features an optic-ready MOS cut with the cover plate installed, fiber-optic front and black serrated rear sights, and a full-length 1913/Picatinny accessory rail with a matching full-length dust cover. Made in the USA and added to the Maryland Handgun Roster in 2025, this example includes two 20-round magazines.

The AF1911 Romulus uses a double-stack 1911 architecture to deliver a 20+1 capacity in a full-size format. The grip module is a textured polymer unit with a large, flared magwell that speeds reloads while maintaining a secure hold. Ambidextrous manual thumb safeties and a beavertail grip safety provide familiar 1911 controls.
Its 5" bull, ramped barrel is SUS416 stainless with a 1:10 twist, paired to a stainless-steel slide and frame finished in DLC black for a durable, low-glare surface. The slide adds front and rear cocking serrations plus top anti-glare serrations for confident manipulation in varied conditions.
The MOS optic-ready cut comes with the cover plate installed and is compatible with RMR and RMSc footprints via adapter plates. Iron sights are set up with a fiber-optic front and a black serrated rear. A skeletonized hammer and a flat-faced trigger with a lightening window round out the fire-control features.
A full-length 1913/Picatinny accessory rail and full-length dust cover provide accessory mounting and balanced weight up front. The frame is marked "ALPHA FOXTROT DULUTH, GA," and the pistol is listed as compliant in Maryland, reflecting its addition to the Maryland Handgun Roster in 2025.
