It features a five-shot fluted cylinder, a satin stainless finish, adjustable rear sight, and a pinned tritium ramp front sight. The revolver carries the Pro Series marking on the sideplate and has anti-glare serrations on the topstrap and barrel rib.

The sighting system consists of a black adjustable rear sight (windage/elevation) paired with a pinned serrated ramp tritium front sight, giving a clear, precise sight picture in varied lighting conditions.
Construction is all stainless steel, including the frame, receiver, and cylinder, with a satin stainless finish. The revolver wears checkered wood stocks with S&W medallions and an exposed hammer for DA/SA operation.
Performance Center Pro Series details include the Pro Series marking on the sideplate and a five-shot fluted cylinder. Additional features include an internal key lock and the factory configuration identified by MFG part number 178013. Made in the United States.
