The Palmetto State Armory AR-V is a 9mm AR-pattern rifle built around a 16 inch threaded barrel and a slick-side upper. It is designed to run CZ Scorpion–pattern magazines with last-round bolt hold-open and comes with seven magazines. This example includes flip-up sights, an ambidextrous charging handle, a short vertical foregrip, and an installed ported muzzle brake, making it a complete and well-appointed package in very good condition.

Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.

The AR-V platform pairs a 9mm blowback operating system with CZ Scorpion–pattern magazine compatibility and true last-round bolt hold-open. Capacity is listed at 35+1 with the included 35-round magazines. The bolt carrier group is PSA-marked for the model and caliber.
The rifle features a slick-side upper without a forward assist or dust cover, a 16 inch threaded barrel, and a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with short Picatinny rail sections at the receiver and muzzle ends. A ported muzzle brake is installed, and an A2 muzzle device is also included.
Furniture includes an adjustable, minimalist polymer stock on a carbine receiver extension and a black polymer pistol grip. Length of pull is adjustable to approximately 10.5–14 inches. Controls include a manual safety and an ambidextrous charging handle with enlarged latches for easy manipulation.
The receiver set is aluminum with a matte black finish. The rifle is model marked "MOD AR-V" and "CAL 9MM" with the PSA crest, and is made in West Columbia, South Carolina. Flip-up sights and a short vertical foregrip are installed, rounding out a ready-to-use configuration.
