The Nylon 66’s DuPont Zytel 101 nylon construction forms both the stock and receiver, topped with a stamped steel receiver cover. The Mohawk Brown marbled finish, molded checkering, white diamond inlays in the fore-end, black fore-end tip with white spacer, and black buttplate with white spacer give this variant its recognizable look. A round coin-style “Remington Nylon 66” medallion is inset into the bottom of the pistol grip (grip cap).
