The 24-inch sporter-contour barrel is finished in blue, capped with a recessed crown, and set up without open sights. The barrel bears the Ilion, NY factory rollmark, while the receiver ring is marked “Remington MODEL 700.” The receiver is drilled and tapped, with bases and rings installed. Markings include a "PE" proof stamp.
The walnut stock features a shadow-line cheekpiece, and point-pattern machine checkering for a secure hold. Sling swivel studs are installed, and a Remington-branded recoil pad completes the stock. Length of pull measures 13.75 inches.
The jeweled bolt body uses dual front locking lugs with a recessed bolt face and a plunger ejector for smooth cycling and reliable extraction. Feeding is via an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate, providing a 4-round capacity.
