Strakonice production is identifiable by the factory legend "ČESKÁ ZBROJOVKA NÁR. PODNIK STRAKONICE" along with the CZ roundel and circled "7,65" caliber marking. "MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA" is present, underscoring its Cold War provenance and origin. The frame and barrel carry matching serial numbers.
Chambered in .32 ACP with an 8+1 capacity, this compact pistol uses a fixed barrel and a simple blowback, hammer-fired DA/SA action. It incorporates a manual safety, a decocker, and a loaded chamber indicator. The exposed hammer and left-side grooved takedown button support straightforward manipulation and maintenance.
The steel frame and slide wear a blued finish. Brown phenolic/plastic grip panels with CZ medallions and horizontal grooves provide a period-correct look and secure hold. Sighting is via a fixed blade front and fixed notch rear. The slide has rear serrations with a smooth top.
Dimensions align with the compact role: an approximate 3.8 in barrel, 6.5 in overall length, and an unloaded weight around 25 oz. Also known as the CZ 50, this post-WWII design saw wide issuance within Czechoslovak police forces, making this Strakonice-marked example a clean, functional representation of its era and origin. Made in Czechoslovakia.
