The USP .45 is a full-size, DA/SA semi-automatic pistol with a 4.41 inch barrel and a 12+1 capacity. It uses steel double-stack magazines specifically for the USP .45 Auto platform and has an external spurred hammer with a manual safety.
Construction is centered on a robust steel slide mated to a glass-fiber-reinforced polymer frame with coarse-textured polymer grips. Controls include an ambidextrous, paddle-style magazine release. Sights are fixed and dovetailed, with a white dot front and a fixed notch rear.
This example is Made in Germany and bears correct factory proofs: German eagle/N nitro proof, Ulm antler proof, and the "DE" country code. The frame carries the HKI, Columbus, Georgia import mark on the small inset plate on the underside of the polymer dust cover ahead of the trigger guard, and the slide shows the HK alpha date code "BC" for 2012 production.
The frame features the proprietary HK accessory rail (not 1913 Picatinny). The bore condition is excellent with a mirror finish and strong rifling, aligning with the overall light signs of any prior use or handling.
