This Springfield Armory XD 4" Service Model in .45 ACP is a full-size, striker-fired pistol built with a forged steel slide and hammer-forged barrel. It features a Melonite-finished slide, an integral accessory rail, and dovetailed 3-dot white sights. Made in Croatia by HS Produkt, it carries matching serial numbers on the barrel, slide, and frame and comes with four 10-round magazines and the factory hard case.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: There is small wear on the chamber. The barrel shows normal wear from use.

The 4-inch Service Model configuration delivers a balanced .45 ACP setup with a 10+1 capacity. Safety and status cues are comprehensive, with a grip safety, trigger safety, internal striker block, tactile/visual loaded-chamber indicator, and a rear striker-status indicator.
Construction emphasizes durability: the forged steel slide wears a Melonite finish, and the barrel is hammer-forged steel. A dual captive recoil spring on a full-length guide rod supports reliable cycling, while an external extractor and front/rear diagonal cocking serrations aid function and manipulation.
The black polymer frame includes aggressive molded traction panels for a secure hold and an integral accessory rail for mounting compatible lights. The ambidextrous push-through magazine release supports either-hand operation. Dovetailed 3-dot white sights provide a clear, straightforward sight picture.
Origin and markings are clearly identified with "SPRINGFIELD INC. GENESEO IL • MADE IN CROATIA" on the pistol.
