Built by Preduzece Crvena Zastava (Red Flag Factory) in Yugoslavia, this rifle retains the factory M59/66 setup without night-sight flip plates. It includes the correct flip-up ladder grenade sight and a ported 22 mm spigot, with a manual gas shutoff at the gas block. A small square inspection/proof mark is present on the gas block, consistent with Yugoslav production.
The operating system is the proven SKS format: semi-automatic, short-stroke gas piston with a tilting bolt. Feeding is from a fixed 10-round internal box magazine designed for stripper-clip loading. Sights are traditional military iron sights, with a hooded post front and a tangent leaf rear graduated to 1200 m for versatile use.
Furniture includes a one-piece hardwood stock with an oil finish, finger-groove fore-end, and a ventilated wooden upper handguard with three slots. A rubber buttplate and rear sling swivel are fitted. An integral folding blade bayonet is installed in the correct M59/66 pattern.
