This full-size Tisas M1911 A1 GOVT. delivers a classic Series 70 pattern in .45 ACP with a forged-steel build and GI/A1 configuration. It features a 5-inch barrel, matte grey finish, and correct A1 details including relief cuts and a lanyard loop. Two Italian-made 7-round magazines are included, making this a ready-to-run example of the traditional Government Model format.

The M1911 A1 GOVT. is a full-size, single-action .45 ACP built on the proven 1911 platform. It follows the Series 70 pattern and maintains GI/A1 features, including A1 relief cuts and a lanyard loop. Capacity is 7+1, and it uses standard 1911 magazines.
Construction is centered on a forged steel frame and slide processed using Tisas' HBM (Hardened Before Machined) method. Both frame and slide wear a matte grey finish. The slide presents rear-only vertical cocking serrations and no front serrations.
Controls are traditional, with a left-side thumb safety, grip safety, standard magazine release, short trigger, and spur hammer. Sighting is GI/A1 pattern with a staked blade front sight and a fixed notch rear sight. The pistol is fitted with double-diamond checkered hardwood grips, and an extra checkered polymer grip panel is included.
Origin is Turkey, with import markings for Tisas USA, Knoxville, TN. Two 7-round steel magazines are included; they are marked "MADE IN ITALY" and feature numbered witness holes from 2 to 7.
