It comes with two 10-round magazines: one Nighthawk Custom-branded and one unbranded magazine marked '9mm Luger'.

Hand-built in the USA, this Talon showcases Nighthawk Custom’s One Gun, One Gunsmith approach. The slide top and rear are finely serrated to reduce glare, and front and rear cocking serrations provide confident manipulation. The matte black finish over steel creates a clean, purposeful look.
The Government-length 5 inch bushing barrel is stainless steel, paired with a short GI guide rod and a checkered recoil spring plug. This classic 1911 setup emphasizes reliability and straightforward maintenance.
Controls and ergonomics are thoughtfully executed: a thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety with memory pad promote a secure, consistent grip. The skeletonized Commander-style hammer and the three-hole, lightened aluminum trigger with an overtravel screw deliver a crisp, tuned feel.
The frame is single-stack with a blended extended magazine-well funnel for smooth reloads. The front strap and flat mainspring housing are checkered for traction, and the checkered hardwood grip panels with Nighthawk medallions complete the traditional 1911 aesthetic.
Sighting is straightforward and durable with fixed sights: a dovetailed front sight and a low-mount rear sight. Capacity is 10+1 when using the included 10-round magazines.
