This Aero Precision M4E1 features a threaded M4E1 upper with a T-marked Picatinny rail, forward assist, and shell deflector, paired with a forged 7075-T6 M4E1 lower that has an integrated trigger guard and a flared magwell. It is chambered in 5.56x45 NATO with a 16-inch 4150 CrMoV barrel and a muzzle device installed. Notable components include the Aero ATLAS R-ONE free-float M-LOK handguard using the ATLAS Taper Lock system, a BCM-marked ejection port cover, a Magpul polymer pistol grip, and a fixed polymer carbine-style stock with a sling loop.

The M4E1 upper receiver is the Threaded variant with T-marked top rail, forward assist, and shell deflector. A BCM ejection port cover is installed and marked accordingly. The lower receiver is the M4E1 pattern with an integrated trigger guard and a flared magwell for streamlined magazine changes.
The 16-inch barrel is made from 4150 CrMoV steel and chambered in 5.56x45 NATO. It is threaded at the muzzle and fitted with a muzzle device. The rifle uses a direct impingement operating system.
An Aero Precision ATLAS R-ONE free-float M-LOK handguard is installed. Built from 6061-T6 aluminum, it uses the Aero ATLAS Taper Lock system and provides M-LOK mounting surfaces while maintaining a lightweight profile.
Furniture includes a fixed polymer carbine-style buttstock with a sling loop and a Magpul polymer pistol grip. Capacity is 30+1, and one polymer AR-15/STANAG-pattern magazine is included. Receivers are forged 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish. Made in the United States.
