This Kimber Custom TLE/RL II TFS is a full-size 9mm 1911 built on a matte black steel frame and slide, set up with a threaded 5.5-inch barrel and fixed Meprolight tritium night sights. It adds practical features like an integrated 1913 Picatinny rail and 30 LPI front-strap checkering, and it comes upgraded with Wilson Combat Starburst-pattern grips and a one-piece magwell funnel. The package is rounded out with five magazines, the Kimber factory case, and two extra Wilson Combat grip sets.

The Custom TLE/RL II TFS pairs Kimber’s full-size 1911 platform with practical duty features. The railed dust cover uses an integrated 3-slot 1913 Picatinny rail, and the TLE series adds 30 LPI front-strap checkering for a consistent gripping surface. The slide is matte black with front and rear cocking serrations and a conventional bushing system.
The barrel is threaded and includes a thread protector, aligning with the TFS configuration. Fixed Meprolight tritium night sights (both 'MH3' marked) provide low-light capability, and the slide is roll-marked 'CUSTOM TLE/RL II'. The steel frame and slide wear a uniform matte black finish.
Controls and internals follow a proven 1911 layout: single-action only with a beavertail grip safety and memory bump, a left-side thumb safety, and Kimber’s Series II firing pin block. The aluminum three-hole trigger includes an overtravel screw, and a skeletonized Commander-style hammer completes the setup.
Thoughtful upgrades are already in place. Wilson Combat Starburst-pattern grips are installed, along with a one-piece magwell funnel for smoother reloads. Two additional Wilson Combat grip sets (Black G10 and Cocobolo) and a Wilson Combat Bullet Proof one-piece magwell are included, giving flexibility for configuration.
This pistol is chambered in 9mm Luger with a 10+1 capacity, and it ships with five magazines (four 10-round and one 8-round). Made in the USA, it comes with the Kimber factory plastic hard case and accessory set listed above.
