This 1974 Zastava M59/66A1 is a Yugoslavian SKS-pattern rifle chambered in 7.62x39 with hallmark M59/66A1 features, including a 22 mm grenade-launcher spigot with gas shutoff/selector, flip-up twin-dot rear night-sight plate, and an integral folding blade bayonet. It is import-marked C.A.I. Georgia VT and stamped ZASTAVA SERBIA, with a clean, mirror-bright bore. Made in the former Yugoslavia (Serbia), this rifle presents in very good condition with original configuration intact.

The M59/66A1 is Zastava’s SKS-platform variant, built around a semi-automatic, gas-operated, long-stroke piston system with a tilting-bolt. It feeds from a fixed 10-round internal magazine designed for stripper-clip loading and uses a manual safety lever. Chambering is 7.62x39.
Sight equipment includes a front post and a tangent rear sight with a sliding elevator, plus a flip-up rear night-sight plate featuring twin dots for low-light reference. The barrel measures 24 inches. The wooden upper handguard has ventilation slots, and the receiver is milled steel.
Notable M59/66A1 features include the 22 mm grenade-launcher spigot and a gas shutoff/selector that is marked "N." An integral folding blade bayonet is installed. The hardwood stock has a straight comb, rubber buttpad, and sling swivels; length of pull is 13.0 inches.
