A Wilson Combat P320 grip module with starburst texture and extended beavertail is installed, and a Leupold DeltaPoint Pro red-dot is mounted to the optics-ready slide. The package includes three magazines and a SIG SAUER factory case with a case label dated 06-MAY-2024 (mfg part number 320CA-9-M18-MS).

The P320-M18 is a carry-configured 9mm with a 3.9 in barrel and coyote tan PVD slide over a coyote polymer grip module. It retains the M18 pattern features, including ambidextrous slide catch levers, an ambidextrous manual safety, and a reversible magazine catch. A loaded-chamber indicator window provides a quick visual status check.
The installed Wilson Combat P320 grip module brings starburst texture and an extended beavertail for a secure, consistent hold. Wilson Combat grip weights are included with the module. This setup is ready for range or duty use while maintaining the M18’s carry profile.
A Leupold DeltaPoint Pro red-dot is mounted to the optics-ready slide. The rear sight plate has been removed for the optic. The slide includes front and rear cocking serrations and an optic cut, with a front post remaining in place. The approximate sight radius is 5.8 in, and the barrel uses a 1:10 RH twist.
Capacity is 21+1 with the extended magazines included, and a 17-round magazine is also provided. An integral 4-slot MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail supports weapon-mounted lights or other compatible accessories.
