It features a 16-inch threaded barrel capped with a stainless multi-port brake and a free-float aluminum KeyMod handguard with a continuous T-marked top rail. The rifle is in very good overall condition with an excellent, mirror-bright bore.

Built on aluminum receivers with a matte black anodized finish, the AE-15 uses a direct-impingement, semi-automatic action. The flat-top upper includes a Picatinny rail, forward assist, brass deflector, and ejection-port cover. It is made in the United States and accepts STANAG pattern magazines with a 30+1 capacity.
The 16-inch barrel is threaded and fitted with a stainless multi-port brake/compensator featuring a crenellated crown. A low-profile gas block sits under the free-float aluminum KeyMod handguard. The handguard provides a continuous T-marked top rail and accessory rail sections at 6 o'clock for mounting compatible accessories.
Furniture includes a 6-position collapsible polymer stock and an A2-type polymer pistol grip. Length of pull is 14.0 inches. Sights are not included, and the flat-top receiver rail supports mounting the user's choice of optics or sights.
Branding and controls are distinctive: the magwell bears a stylized AAE globe logo, the lower is marked AE-15 MULTI and A.A.E. Lake Havasu City, AZ, and the selector legends read SAFE/ENEMIES. A KAK-branded bolt carrier group is installed.
