The HK45CT features a cold hammer-forged barrel with polygonal rifling and an O-ring for consistent lockup. The muzzle is threaded 16x1 mm LH, and the pistol is equipped with a tall front blade and tall rear sight for a clear sight picture over mounted muzzle devices.
Its DA/SA, hammer-fired action is paired with a frame-mounted safety/decocker, offering familiar and flexible control. Ambidextrous slide release levers and front and rear slide serrations support confident manipulation from either hand.
A three-slot MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail on the dustcover accommodates lights or other accessories. The polymer frame has molded grip texturing for secure handling. Capacity is 10+1, and the compact dimensions balance concealment with shootability.
Made in the United States, the frame is marked Heckler & Koch, Inc., Columbus, GA, and “Made in USA.” A serial number plate is located on the underside of the dustcover.
