The PF-9 delivers true micro dimensions with an overall length of 5.85 inches, a height of 4.3 inches, and a slim 0.88-inch profile. Capacity is 7+1 with the included single-stack magazine featuring witness holes numbered 2–7 and a flush floorplate.
Its operating system is short-recoil, locked-breech, and double-action-only with an internal (enclosed) hammer and no manual safety. Controls are placed on the left side, including the slide stop, push-button magazine release, and takedown pin.
Construction combines a 4140 steel barrel and slide with a 7075-T6 aluminum internal chassis and a high-impact polymer grip frame. The two-tone look pairs a silver slide with an OD green frame. Rear slide serrations aid manipulation, and the grip uses waffle texturing for purchase.
Sighting is straightforward and durable: a three-dot system with a fixed front white-dot blade and a windage-adjustable, notched two-dot rear. This PF-9 was made in the USA and represents the discontinued production run from 2006 to 2022.
