The full-size steel frame is finished in matte black and features a 1913-pattern railed dustcover for mounting accessories. The 4.4 inch bull barrel is bushingless and non-threaded with a flush crown, and the pistol uses a 1911/2011 locked-breech, link-equipped tilting-barrel operating system.
The slide has a tri-top profile with front and rear cocking serrations and lightening windows near the muzzle. It is optic-ready with a cover plate installed, and the rear sight is mounted to the optic plate. Sights include a green fiber-optic front and a black rear notch.
Controls are set up for single-action, hammer-fired operation. It includes ambidextrous thumb safeties and a beavertail grip safety with a memory bump. The trigger is flat-faced, skeletonized, and serrated, and the magazine release is on the left side.
The aggressive-textured polymer 2011 grip module carries Staccato star logos and a flared magazine well for confident reloads. Capacity is 20+1 with the included double-stack magazines, which include two 20-round and two 17-round Staccato Gen 3 steel mags with G3 base markings.
