The G45 uses Glock’s crossover layout, combining a compact-length slide with a full-size frame for a 4.02 in barrel and 17+1 capacity. Gen5 ergonomics include a flared magwell and aggressive texture for secure handling, along with ambidextrous slide stop levers and a reversible magazine catch. A GLOCK universal accessory rail is integrated on the dust cover.
The slide wears a black nDLC finish with front and rear serrations. Sighting is via fixed polymer units with a white dot front and white U-notch rear. The barrel is the Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB), designed to Glock’s Gen5 standard.
This is a factory MOS model with a precision optic cut and cover plate, and it is compatible with the included GLOCK MOS Adapter Set 01 nDLC (plates 01–04). Screws for optic cover plate were not provided. The slide, barrel, and frame share matching serial numbers.
