What’s Included
- Norinco MAK-90 Sporter rifle
- 1x 30-round AK-pattern stamped steel magazine
Built on a stamped steel receiver with magazine-well dimples, this MAK-90 maintains desirable Chinese-pattern features including the 90° gas block and a ribbed top cover. The receiver and metal components wear a blued finish, and the selector is marked S and F.
The barrel measures 16.3" and is unthreaded with no device installed. Sighting is via an open-ear front sight post and an AK tangent rear sight graduated 1–8, providing a correct and familiar sight picture for the platform.
The rifle is configured with wood furniture: a thumbhole stock with a rubber buttpad and matching wood upper and lower handguards. Length of pull is 13.5", and a rear sling swivel is positioned on the toe of the buttstock.
Chambered in 7.62x39, it uses a semi-automatic, long-stroke gas piston system with a rotating bolt and a manual safety selector. Capacity is 30+1, and this rifle includes one stamped steel 30-round magazine as shown.
Markings include the NORINCO star crest, KSI Pomona, CA import mark, and MADE IN CHINA. Notably, the bolt carrier and top cover carry matching short-form serial numbers, adding to the rifle’s desirability for buyers seeking consistency in major components.
