The G47 Gen5 MOS configuration provides a G17-length 4.49 in Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) and slide, finished in nDLC black. This setup was originally created for U.S. Customs and Border Protection in 2019 and entered the commercial lineup in 2023, giving buyers a duty-proven, full-size 9mm with a 17+1 capacity.
Gen5 features on this pistol include ambidextrous slide stop levers, front and rear slide serrations, and Glock's Safe Action system. The polymer frame is black and accepts interchangeable backstraps for fit tuning. A one-slot accessory rail supports lights or other rail-mounted gear.
The slide comes with the MOS optic cut and a Glock MOS "DPP" adapter plate installed (Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprint), and the packaged GLOCK MOS Adapter-Set 01 nDLC with plates and hardware is included. Factory polymer sights are installed from the factory, with a white-dot front and white-outline U-notch rear for a clean, familiar sight picture.
This example bears the standard "MADE IN AUSTRIA • GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA" markings and has matching serial numbers on the slide, barrel, and frame. Parts compatibility across the G47, G17 Gen5 MOS, G19 Gen5 MOS, and G45 MOS platforms offers flexibility for users who run multiple Gen5 MOS models.
