This PSA MUGSHOT-15 is a limited-edition, collector-marked AR-15 built around a roll-marked lower featuring a turkey mugshot graphic, engraved date "11.24.22," and humorous selector markings labeled "COLD TURKEY," "BAD EGG," and "FOUL PLAY." It uses the distinctive NOTAMEAL serial prefix and is assembled with a 16-inch threaded barrel, a free-float M-LOK handguard, polymer flip-up sights, and a minimalist collapsible stock. Two 30-round Hexmag magazines are included. Overall condition is good, with an excellent, mirror-bright bore.

The limited-edition lower is factory roll-marked "MUGSHOT-15" with a turkey mugshot graphic and the engraved date "11.24.22." Markings include MADE IN USA and Palmetto State Armory, West Columbia, S.C., with the lower additionally marked MUGSHOT-15 and MULTI.
This semi-automatic, direct-impingement AR-15 is chambered in 5.56mm NATO and configured with a 16-inch threaded barrel capped by an A2-pattern birdcage flash hider. The upper receiver includes a forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover. Magazine interface is AR-15/STANAG pattern, and capacity is 30+1 as configured.
The rifle is outfitted with a free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard featuring a full-length top Picatinny rail, polymer flip-up sights, a Magpul MVG vertical foregrip, and textured rail-cover panels. This setup offers ample mounting space along the handguard while keeping sights and controls straightforward.
Furniture includes an MFT minimalist collapsible stock with adjustable length of pull and a Magpul polymer pistol grip. The receivers are aluminum with a matte black finish, matching the overall build and controls.
