This striker-fired, semi-automatic 9mm features a flat-faced trigger with a trigger safety and a loaded-chamber witness port on the barrel hood. Left-side controls include the slide stop lever and magazine release, and the serialized steel trigger mechanism housing (FCU) provides a modular core.
For sighting, the pistol ships with standard-height iron sights (white dot front post and rear notch). The slide is optics-ready with a direct-mount Shield RMS-pattern footprint and an installed cover plate, and it accommodates common sighting options.
An integral two-slot accessory rail on the dustcover supports common compact lights or accessories. Markings include IWI US – Middletown, PA and IWI – ISRAEL. This pistol is identified by IWI part number M9SLIM13E and includes both 13- and 17-round steel magazines; the extended 17-round magazine uses a grip sleeve for a full-hand purchase.
