Specific Condition Notes: Minor exterior scratches and blemishes are present. The bore is clean and shiny. The screws that mount the optic to the slide have blown out material; a small portion of a screw is visible on the exterior of the slide.

The HK45 Compact Tactical uses a DA/SA, recoil-operated tilting-barrel system and features a frame-mounted safety/decocker. It retains the HK ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release and front and rear slide serrations for confident manipulation. The slide wears HK's Hostile Environment finish, and the frame is polymer with interchangeable backstraps for fit adjustment.
The extended, threaded barrel is equipped with an O-ring for barrel-to-slide fit and uses a left-hand M16x1 thread pattern. Suppressor-height iron sights pair with the threaded barrel for a configuration suitable for use with a suppressor.
An aftermarket slide-tapped/screw-mounted ACRO-footprint adapter is installed and marked 'RMR-ACRO ADAPTOR.' This plate accepts ACRO-style optics such as the Steiner MPS. The factory rear sight remains installed. No optic is included.
The compact frame integrates a 3-slot MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail for lights or other compatible accessories.
