The rifle follows the m/41B pattern, using a Swedish Mauser m/96 long-rifle receiver converted to sniper configuration. It has a 28 in barrel and a straight bolt handle, with Mauser controlled-round feed and cock-on-closing operation. The internal 5-round box magazine provides a 5+1 capacity.
The optic is an AJACK 4x90 fixed-power scope with a pointed post and horizontal bars reticle. It is mounted on an offset, short side-rail quick-detach lever mount. The short side-rail base is secured by three staked screws, consistent with m/41B practice.
Sighting equipment includes a hooded front blade and the SM m/55 micrometer rear sight marked 'Sikte m/55'. The hardwood stock features finger grooves, sling swivels, and a brass stock disk with bore/zero data fields, including Torped överslag. A bayonet nose-cap and under-barrel cleaning rod are present, and the length of pull measures 14.8 in.
Markings include Swedish crown inspection stamps on metal and stock. The barrel is import-marked by Century Arms, Georgia VT, forward of the rear band, with a 6.5x55 Sweden legend. Matching numbers are observed on the side-rail base, QD mount, and the scope can lid. Floorplate and triggerguard components bear crowned numbers; the magazine plate/floorplate is not number matched.
The rifle retains a blued finish and uses the Mauser flag safety. This WWII/Cold War era Swedish setup is complete with the correct side-rail system and period AJACK glass, combining service features with precise micrometer sighting.
