The rifle features a 20-inch barrel chambered in 5.56mm NATO with a 1:7 twist, providing strong support for commonly used 5.56 loads. The barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2-pattern flash suppressor secured by a crush washer. The barrel is marked "1x7 5.56 NATO."
The operating system is semi-automatic, direct impingement. It uses a flat-top upper receiver with a Picatinny rail and a clamp-on railed gas block bearing an E.T.E. marking, secured by cross-bolts. The lower receiver is marked "PA-15" with "MULTI" caliber and a West Columbia, SC address, with selector positions SAFE/FIRE and a manual safety.
Furniture includes a 6-position collapsible FDE polymer stock, an FDE A2-style pistol grip, and a black Magpul MOE non-free-float two-piece polymer handguard. The receivers are aluminum with a matte black anodized finish, creating a black/FDE two-tone appearance.
