The Genesis Arms GEN-12 is a 12 gauge, AR-10–pattern semi-automatic shotgun built around a short-recoil, non-gas operating system. This example features billet 7075-T6 receivers, a 14.5 in 4140 chromoly steel barrel, and a free-float aluminum handguard with M-LOK slots and a full-length Picatinny top rail. It feeds from proprietary Genesis Arms detachable box magazines and includes an adjustable SB Tactical pistol stabilizing brace.

Specific Condition Notes: The charging handle has sheared off from the bolt. Removing the remaining material will require drilling and tapping. The repair may be costly and could risk further damage. This firearm is sold as-is as a gunsmith special.

Built on the AR-10 platform with DPMS-pattern compatibility, the GEN-12 uses a short-recoil, non-gas operating system with right-side ejection. The design integrates AR-style controls and layout while accommodating 12 gauge shells in a detachable box magazine format.
The receiver set is machined from 7075-T6 billet aluminum with a matte black finish. The free-float 6061 aluminum handguard provides M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions and a full-length STANAG 2324 Picatinny top rail. A textured polymer pistol grip with DF CO marking and a manual safety are fitted.
The 14.5 in barrel is made from 4140 chromoly steel and is paired with a breacher/stand-off style muzzle device. The chamber accepts both 2 3/4 and 3 inch shells, offering flexibility in ammunition selection.
Feeding is via proprietary Genesis Arms detachable box magazines, with a stated maximum capacity of 10+1. An adjustable SB Tactical pistol stabilizing brace is installed on a carbine receiver extension for user fitment.
Markings on the lower include GEN-12, GENESIS ARMS, LLC, Coeur d'Alene, ID, and CAL: MULTI. This model is finished in matte black and is made in the USA.
