The MV-04 runs a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system with a 16-inch threaded barrel and an A2-pattern birdcage flash hider. It is compatible with detachable STANAG-pattern magazines, and the included 30-round PMAG supports a 30+1 capacity.
Controls and ergonomics are well-sorted: an ambidextrous safety pairs with the Breek Arms Warhammer Mod 2 ambidextrous charging handle. The B5 Systems Bravo 6-position carbine stock includes a QD sling cup, and the FAB Defense AGR-43 grip offers a secure hold.
A long, free-float aluminum handguard features M-LOK slots with segmented Picatinny rail sections along the 12 o'clock. An M-LOK QD sling socket is installed on the underside. No iron sights or optics are installed, allowing the user to configure as preferred.
