The GRUNT-15 runs a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system on the AR-15 platform, pairing a 10.5-inch barrel with a rectangular multi-port muzzle brake/compensator. The configuration delivers 30+1 capacity and uses a standard magazine release for familiar handling.
The upper receiver includes a shell deflector and an ejection-port cover. The receiver set, along with the handguard, wears a consistent Flat Dark Earth finish that contrasts with the black controls and small parts.
The Lead Star–marked free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard provides modern accessory mounting with four short Picatinny slots at 12 o'clock. The handguard carries a clear "MADE IN THE USA" marking, and the upper is roll-marked "GRUNT///."
Controls include an ambidextrous safety and a Lead Star–logo polymer pistol grip. The pistol configuration uses a round buffer tube with no stock or brace. A folding rear sight is installed; there is no front sight included.
