Built in 2005 and marked Made in Japan by Miroku, it is chambered specifically for the WSSM family and comes fitted with a Redfield 4-12x variable scope on two-piece rings and bases.
The Super Short action is purpose-built for WSSM cartridges, delivering compact bolt travel while maintaining a solid 3+1 capacity. The detachable box magazine is integrated into a hinged floorplate for streamlined loading and unloading; the gold Browning Buckmark is on the trigger guard bow.
Construction is all stainless with a matte finish on the barrel and receiver. The black injection-molded synthetic stock includes molded checkering for grip, sling swivel studs, and a Browning-marked hard plastic buttplate. Length of pull is 14.0 inches.
Controls are straightforward and familiar: a top-tang two-position safety and a cocking indicator provide clear status at a glance. This rifle does not have a BOSS muzzle device.
