The Kimber Stainless Target II in 9mm Luger is a full-size, Government-pattern 1911 built on a stainless-steel slide and frame with a matte finish. This Series II model features a fully adjustable target rear sight, a fiber-optic front sight, and front and rear cocking serrations. It is a California roster-designated configuration and shows very good overall condition with an excellent, mirror-bright bore.
Notable features include a skeletonized aluminum three-hole trigger, a lightened Commander-style hammer, and Kimber's Swartz-type firing pin safety. The pistol uses a single-side left thumb safety and an extended beavertail grip safety, with a serrated mainspring housing and synthetic double-diamond grip panels. Capacity is 9+1, and this example comes with its factory case and one 9-round magazine.

This full-size Stainless Target II follows the classic 5 in Government-pattern layout and is built entirely of stainless steel for durability. The slide and frame wear a matte stainless finish with both front and rear cocking serrations for positive manipulation. The frame is marked YONKERS NY USA, and the barrel hood is marked 9MM.
The target-sight setup includes a fully adjustable, serrated-blade rear sight and a dovetailed fiber-optic front sight with a bright red/orange rod. The sight radius is approximately 6.8 inches, providing a clear, precise sight picture suitable for fine adjustment.
Controls are classic 1911 single-action with Series II Swartz-type firing pin safety, a single-side left thumb safety, and an extended beavertail grip safety. The fire-control system features a skeletonized aluminum three-hole trigger and a lightened Commander-style hammer for a crisp, predictable feel.
Ergonomics include synthetic double-diamond pattern grip panels, a serrated mainspring housing for secure purchase, and a smooth front strap. The magazine release is on the left side, and capacity is 9+1 with the included single-stack 9mm magazine.
