The CA 15 features a 16 inch 416R stainless steel barrel wrapped in carbon fiber, providing a lightweight profile with excellent heat characteristics. The barrel is threaded and capped with a four-prong stainless-colored muzzle device. Christensen Arms backs the CA-15 series with a sub-MOA accuracy guarantee.
Its billet aluminum receivers wear a matte gray finish, with a pre-Gen 2 slick-side upper that omits the forward assist and includes a standard ejection port dust cover. A carbon-fiber tube handguard aligns with the receiver to form a full-length top Picatinny rail. A low-profile Christensen-branded gas block includes an external knurled fastener.
Controls and furniture are upgraded for practical handling. A Wilson Combat extended bolt release speeds reloads, while the Magpul ACS stock offers a 6-position collapsible setup. The Hogue overmolded rubber grip with finger grooves provides a secure hold. The rifle uses a direct impingement action with a manual safety.
