The P30LS V3 configuration delivers a long slide with a 4.45 in barrel and extended sight radius, paired with HK's Hostile Environment black slide finish and a polymer frame. It is a full-size .40 S&W with a 13+1 capacity, DA/SA operation, and a spurred hammer.
Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the manual thumb safety, slide release, and paddle-style magazine release. The frame features interchangeable backstrap and side panels, and an accessory rail for mounting compatible equipment.
Upgrades include a Grayguns straight flat trigger and the Grayguns Short Reset System (thumb-safety version), providing a flat-face trigger profile and a shorter reset. XS DXT2 Big Dot night sights are installed, with an orange front and a tritium rear for low-light visibility.
The cold-hammer-forged barrel uses polygonal rifling, and the long slide incorporates front and rear cocking serrations. This setup complements the extended sight radius and provides confident manipulation at the slide.
Markings confirm German manufacture with DE and CIP proof marks and a "Made in Germany" rollmark. It was imported by HKI in Columbus, GA. The barrel, slide, and frame carry matching serial numbers.
