The pistol comes with four 17-round steel magazines marked "MADE IN ITALY" and a thin adhesive-backed grip panel on the backstrap installed, plus the original SIG LEO grip module.

This LEO-model P320 Carry features an upgraded polymer carry-length grip module with an integral beavertail for secure control. A thin adhesive-backed grip panel is installed on the backstrap for added texture and hand fit. Ambidextrous slide catch levers support left- or right-handed operation, and the frame is marked NEWINGTON, NH USA.
The slide is optics-ready with an optics cut and cover plate; rear sight configuration may vary by setup. Front and rear serrations provide confident manipulation. Sights include a tritium front sight marked TG-H3 (green dot) and a square-notch rear with two small dots.
At the core is Sig's modular system with a serialized stainless steel fire control unit visible through the side window. The striker-fired action and 3.9 in barrel deliver the familiar P320 handling in a carry-length format.
A 4-slot 1913/Picatinny accessory rail supports common lights and accessories. The package includes four 17-round steel magazines made in Italy, providing ample capacity and proven durability.
