The Emperor Scorpion series pairs a full-size 1911 platform with a Flat Dark Earth finish on both slide and frame. The frame is stainless steel with an FDE PVD coating for durability and a uniform appearance.
Controls and ergonomics are set up for confident handling: ambidextrous thumb safeties, a beavertail grip safety with memory pad, a skeletonized three-hole trigger, and a commander-style skeletonized hammer. The front strap and the flat mainspring housing are checkered, and the textured G10 grip panels with SIG medallions provide a secure hold.
The slide features front and rear cocking serrations, an external extractor, and a lowered and flared ejection port. The pistol uses a standard 5-inch Government-length barrel with a barrel bushing and recoil spring plug.
Sighting is straightforward with 3-dot dovetailed irons: a front blade with a single dot and a low-profile rear notch with two dots. An integral 1913 Picatinny rail with three cross-slots supports accessory mounting. Capacity is 8+1, and this example includes six 8-round magazines.
